What Is A Kettlebell?

A Kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that somewhat resembles a cannonball with a handle attached. Its history goes back centuries, first appearing in a Russian dictionary in the early 1700’s. They were so popular in some parts of Russia, that any strongman or weightlifter was referred to as a “Kettlebell Man.”
